Turkish Boza Drink has been admired very widely throughout Turkey, for decades, thanks to its delicious taste and high nutritional value.

Some customers, especially the Turks, put roasted chickpeas (yellow Qadamah) in cups, so it becomes a complete meal, containing carbohydrates, sugars, and vegetable protein, and each cup contains 240 calories, and it is useful because it is hot and sticky and contains high yeasts, in the treatment of winter diseases such as colds, colds, and coughs. How to make boza at home?
Boza materials:
- 3 cups bulgur
- 2 Cups of rice coffee

How to make boza?
Bulgur is soaked in a lot of water overnight. The next day, cook bulgur and rice until they are crushed. It is whipped with a mixer and passed through a fine colander. This mixture is placed on low heat. Add sugar and mix until dissolved. Then it is taken from the fire.

Leave to cool somewhere. It gets mixed up occasionally. And after heating, old boza or ground yeast is added with warm water and mixed well, then the container is closed over this mixture and kept in a place of 20-25 degrees, with occasional stirring, for 2-3 days.
